If you forget your password, on the log in screen, Click the forgot password phrase. An email will be sent to the email address you have on file. Within that email will be a link to change your password. Unfortunately you cannot recover a forgotten password; a new password must be created. After you choose a new password, go to log in. Upon logging in with the new password you will be asked your Security Question. Upon successful answer to the security question you will gain access to your account.

There are few instances where any member would have multiple accounts. Owners of multiple businesses will have a separate account for each of his businesses. In order to log into a different account, the Member must completely log out of the previous account, then log in to the next account. Each account needs to have unique user names and password. There may be an instance where an employee may have more than one account. That would be in the case where the employee works more than one job and both employers are members of SickBank.

SickBank employs multi-level sign in processes including unique password, reCaptcha, and 2FA authentication.

SickBank employs a military grade encryption to protect private information such as social security number or banking information.

reCaptcha is a security measure developed by Google to ensure that bot computers cannot access your account. The system requires actions that only a human can accomplish.

Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to your account by requiring more than just a password to log in. A security code will be sent to your mobile phone or email account, whichever you choose as method of receiving the code. Once received, the code needs to be entered to complete the sign in process.
