The Employer Account Dashboard contains important information at a glance. It displays the total dollar amount paid to date for the year; the total number of employees enrolled; total number of sick days deposited; and total claims requested. It provides a snapshot of activity the Employer's organization within SickBank. Additionally there is a graphic display of payments throughout the year to visualize where the peaks of expenses occur, helping the employer to budget resources to cover costs. On the Left side of the Dashboard, are the Navigation Tabs to: SickBank Days Deposited – List of all Employee transactions to Deposit Sick Days of Any Type whether it is for Annual Deposit, Sick Day Donation, or Banked Day. Claim Applications – As part of the claims process, Employers need to verify that the claim for Sick Leave or FMLA leave is valid. Employers will verify the claims from here. Manage Employees – This is the list of all enrolled employees. This is where the Employer can update information such as name changes, rate of pay changes and employment status changes. As new employees are invited and they enroll the name is added to the list. Company Information – This tab accesses the Company profile page where updates and edits can be quickly made such as new phone number, mailing address, fax number, and set or adjust Sick Day availability limits. People – This tab manages those employees who have access to the SickBank Account. Account – The Account Tab will navigate to the list of payments made to SickBank as well as to the page where the EFT account information can be edited or updated. Also the page that manages the Notification Settings can be found here. Security – This tab navigates to the page that manages the Account's Security Questions. This can be important as people who have access to the account may change and the questions need to be changed or updated. Enable 2 way authentication as an added level of security as well as manage and update passwords. Help Desk – This tab navigates to the page where a Help Ticket can be generated. It also lists all generated Help Tickets and their status.
